And in all that time I kept seeing the same gap: the person responsible for running the business, the office manager, was expected to lead without any formal training, credential, or roadmap.

Yes. Every lesson, template, and system comes from real consulting work inside real practices, not theory. You leave with tools you can implement the same day, a credential that validates your leadership, and systems that keep paying off long after you finish. For most practices, a single improvement in scheduling, collections, or case acceptance covers the tuition many times over.
The certification consists of 16 video-guided, self-paced modules. Most modules take about 90 minutes to complete, so many participants earn their certificate in as little as 18 weeks at roughly one module per week. It is completely self-paced, so you can complete it whenever it fits your schedule. If you want live coaching, the optional Leadership Membership includes monthly live sessions with Gene.
The regular tuition for GSTL Academy is $5,000. For a limited time, the Executive Office Manager Certification is available to the inaugural class for $3,000 per participant. The inaugural class helps us build the first community of certified leaders, and in exchange founding members lock in the lowest tuition this program will ever offer. It is a real, limited-time opportunity, not a discount on the value. Once the inaugural class fills, tuition returns to $5,000.
You have 12 months from the date of enrollment to complete the certification. During that time, you may revisit any completed module as often as you would like.
We encourage doctors and office managers to go through the material together and implement the systems as a team. However, each participant must purchase their own enrollment, and logins cannot be shared. This protects the integrity of the certification and ensures every participant gets their own progress tracking, knowledge assessments, and certificate.
After successfully completing all modules and assessments, you will receive your GSTL Academy Executive Office Manager Certification. Many graduates continue their leadership journey through the optional GSTL Academy Leadership Membership.
No, it is not required. The certification is complete and valuable on its own. The optional Leadership Membership is available to graduates and current students for $100 per month, and includes monthly live Zoom coaching with Gene St. Louis, open Q&A sessions, leadership discussions, ongoing accountability, and new resources and tools. It is where you continue learning, ask questions about real situations in your practice, and stay connected with a community of dental leaders.
